Our mission is to provide safe, evidence-based, personalized birth care in the comfort of home, guided by a midwifery model that honors physiologic birth and informed choice.
Our vision is to redefine maternity care through empowerment and education—cultivating a culture where women trust their bodies, families feel confident in their choices, and midwives are valued partners in holistic, community-centered care.

After experiencing a Home Birth After Cesarean with our second child, I felt a strong calling to help other women and families experience the same sense of empowerment I found through my own home birth journey. Already a doula and childbirth educator, I knew the next step was becoming a midwife. With my husband’s full support, I completed my midwifery apprenticeship between the births of our third and fourth children! Since 2014, I’ve been practicing as a midwife, and I love partnering with women as they discover their inner strength and welcome their sweet little ones into the world.
My husband and I have been happily married for 21 years now. We love spending time together with our kids, our extended family, and together, we love to laugh.

My journey to midwifery started with a calling from the Lord in 2012 while ministering in El Salvador. My work is propelled by the belief that a society full of confident young women and healthy mothers has a reverberating, historical impact on the health of our human family. I really love this calling and work, and feel deeply honored by all the families who invite me into their space.
I began birth work as a labor and postpartum doula. I have also taught childbirth education. While my work is now focused on midwifery, this experience informs my approach to pregnancy and birth. As of 2025, I have served nearly 500 families in this special season of life!
El Salvador is also where I met the love of my life. He is the reason I learned (and continue learning!) Spanish. We are raising our 2 little loves in Old Hickory, TN.

Before I had a family of my own, I was drawn to care for childbearing women and to be a part of their empowerment as they entered motherhood. I became a childbirth educator and doula, but the Lord was calling me to midwifery. I was trained with several distinguished local midwives and have been honored to walk alongside birthing families since. I live in the Old Hickory area with my husband and our 3 children. I love trail walks and my friends.

In nursing school, I felt called to offer compassionate, humanizing care, but soon realized how difficult that was in a traditional medical/surgical setting. This led me to seek a more holistic, relational path—and the Lord clearly guided me to midwifery, one of the greatest gifts of my life. It’s an honor to walk with families as they grow, helping them understand their choices, support their health, and build confidence as parents. I consider it a true privilege to be entrusted as someone’s midwife.
My husband, 3 tiny humans, and I live in Donelson and love getting out into the community to enjoy all the fun this area has to offer.

I began attending births in 2016 as a doula and photographer. Eventually, this work led to my desire for more training and education in midwifery and lactation. In 2023, I finished a Master of Science degree in Midwifery with an emphasis in botanical medicine for the childbearing year from Bastyr University in Seattle, WA. During this program, my clinical placements were completed with busy home birth midwifery practices and high-volume birth centers. I became a Certified Lactation Educator and am currently building on that knowledge by pursuing an IBCLC certification.
In 2024, I was privileged to have a home birth under the care of community midwives and I aim to provide the same personalized, empowering experience for others. My husband, son, and I live in Nashville and enjoy working on old houses, cooking, and gardening.
